EXPERIENCE - Brian Giacomini has been an area home builder for over fifteen years. He learned his trade first hand through his father and grandfather - both residential builders. This gives the homeowner the opportunity to maximize the dollar spent because you are only paying for the features you want. This applies to both new construction as well as remodeling.

GETTING STARTED - This is the easy part...all the customer needs is an idea and budget. Brian will then sit down with the homeowner and begin constructing the plan on paper. Brian then designs a plan that both meets the homeowners needs and stays within the monetary perimeters. Your planning, drafting and building is all done by one person - Brian Giacomini.
